Miranda July’s dreamy abstraction on David Hockney’s Nichols Canyon painting. Miranda drove the very same road that is featured in the painting and the mandate was to include as many elements from the actualy painting - colors, landscapes, etc.. This piece came together very fast and was joy to work with DP Natasha Braier’s beautiful images.
